22. (S1E22) Meditation: Acceptance

If you’re like most people, you’re great at reliving the past over and over while worrying about what might happen tomorrow. This meditation is about acceptance. Acceptance of what actually IS, even if everything isn’t exactly as you’d like it to be. You may have heard the phrase, “what you resist, persists.” Add to that, “what you accept, you can change.”

Listen to this meditation when you’re struggling to accept a person, situation, or circumstance as it is and are frustrated because it’s not how you want it to be.
