12. (S1E12) Meditation: Chakra Balancing

This meditation will help you tune up your chakras. Chakras have been described as spinning vortexes of energy that align along your spine, starting from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. There are seven main chakras, corresponding to different energy points along your spine. Each one relates to different nerves and organs and affect our every aspect of our being.  

When your chakras are balanced, everything is open, aligned, and fluid. Sometimes, though, they get blocked and the energy flow is restricted. So this meditation will help open them up and bring them back into balance.
