10. (S1E10) Meditation: Gratitude for the Body

This meditation presents you with the opportunity to focus on feeling gratitude for your physical body and everything it does for you. Even if your parts and organs don’t look or work exactly as you’d like them to, you can feel love and appreciation for them and for what they can do.
