28. (S1E28) Meditation: Gratitude Visualization

Today’s meditation is on gratitude. This one takes you on a journey through relaxation, heart coherence and into feeling deep gratitude for past experiences before putting you into a state of gratitude for that which you are currently manifesting.

Combining feeling gratitude (or any higher vibration emotion) and visualizing your goals raises your vibrational alignment and increases the likelihood of manifesting them.
