25. (S1E25) Meditation: Heart Coherence

This is a heart coherence meditation, based on research by the HeartMath Intitute, to help you release stress and increase your vibration. When you’re in a coherent state, all your body’s systems are working together in harmony and ease.

You’ll focus on breathing slowly and deeply through your heart and then turn your attention to activating a higher vibrational frequency through which you experience peace and an increased ability to manifest positive feelings and effects.
